Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, using, or registering on the AI MavenX platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. AI MavenX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in financial investment activities in their jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Users from jurisdictions where the Platform's services are restricted or prohibited are not permitted to access the Platform.
3. Investment Risk Disclaimer
All investments involve risk. The value of your investments may fluctuate, and you may receive back less than you originally invested. Past performance is not indicative of future results. AI MavenX does not guarantee any specific return on investment. You should only invest what you can afford to lose, and you are solely responsible for your investment decisions. AI MavenX's AI-driven models and strategies are tools designed to assist investment decisions but cannot guarantee profits.
4. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to immediately notify AI MavenX of any unauthorized use of your account. AI MavenX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for full account access.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are accepted in BTC, ETH, and USDT (ERC20 & TRC20). Minimum deposit is $50. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 business hours with a minimum amount of $100. AI MavenX is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion or third-party wallet issues. All transactions are final and non-reversible once processed on the blockchain.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent security measures; (c) engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities; (d) create multiple accounts to exploit promotions; (e) use automated scripts or bots without prior written consent; (f) impersonate any person or entity; or (g) engage in any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software — are the exclusive property of AI MavenX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from AI MavenX.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI MavenX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
